Processing Time All orders are carefully handcrafted to order. Please allow 3-5 business days for production before your item ships. During peak seasons (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas), processing may take up to 7 business days.

UK Domestic Shipping:
- Standard Shipping: 2-4 business days after dispatch (£3.95)
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days after dispatch (£6.95)
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over £30
International Shipping:
- Europe: 5-10 business days after dispatch
- Rest of World: 10-20 business days after dispatch
- International rates calculated at checkout
Order Tracking You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.
